Top five ways of losing weight. These are the very same techniques I follow to keep my shape.

1. Phentramin. The one word that’s's made an entire world of difference for so many folks. Phentramin is like a diet tablet ( though it isn’t has tough on your system ). Phentramin effectively controls your appetite, while at the same time increasing your metabolic rate and helping suppress the hormones that exasperate stress. Phentramin works fast and, compared to several “diet” tablets, is pretty inexpensive. It has been called the “lazy mans way out” just because it works and doesn’t require frequent trips to the gymnasium to make it happen.

2. Early morning cardiovascular. Yes, you read that right. next time you are feeling a bit corpulent you might want to get up nice and early and go for a morning jog ( or walk ). Do this before you eat as you will burn the calories that your body consumed the day before. A calorie surplus is, as you know, why you gained the weight in the 1st place.

3. Weight machines. I know it is not the most nice activity, but lifting weights will do wonders for your body. It is like supercharging your workout- any cardiovascular that you’ve been doing will become more effective and your body will literally start to shed pounds! Do not believe me? I don’t blame you- it isn’t like getting up and really trying it actually did anyone any good anyway.

4. Salads. Meat and potatoes are my favourite meal. Sadly, too much clogs your system and expands your waistline. I enjoy a good steak and mashed potato meal two times a week. The other five days I eat smart and enjoy a lot of salads. Why salad, you ask? Easy- a good salad is healthy, filling, helping with the digestion of your meal. Eating salad never rubbed out any one, but too much red beef definitely has. Think about it. And lastly…

5. Discipline. The only thing that just about everybody is missing. You need to be trained and galvanized to stay on your diet and to keep your workout routine going. As quickly as you stop your results stop with it, and there’s nothing else frustrating than losing ten pounds only to gain it all back again .
